All of our cutting boards are naturally antimicrobial when properly maintained and are safe for food preparation. Some wear and knife marks are expected with use, but can be minimized with regular maintenance. Board Conditioner is available in our store and is an easy and safe way to preserve your board.

Always hand wash your wooden cutting boards, wipe dry with a towel and stand or prop up to allow both sides of board to dry equally. Condition your board as needed, at least once a month!
